Hardworking team, including management. Good knowledge of the sector. Flexible hours.
Cons
Management lacks transparency and is distrustful which creates an unpleasant environment. Employees learn quickly that their input is not considered and so give up on showing initiative because there is no point. Management not very reflective or open to feedback.
