Pros
I love working here, the owner & all of the staff are so nice and considerate. They are flexible with your hours, and give you all the tools to do your job. The work environment is very Professional & everyone generally enjoys working here and is pleasant to be around. There is definitely a work culture and everyone in the office prioritizes doing their job well (makes it easy to do your own job well). Benefits - PTO & Paid Holidays, Boss is fairly reasonable when it comes to requests, and I have occasional doctor's appointments, that I have always been able to make with approval from my Boss.
Cons
Attention to detail is a requirement here, so if you have it, it's a great place to work.
