Antiquated management style for a software company: remote work is extremely limited, no clear criteria (lack of transparency) for promotions and salary increases, and occasional unprofessional behavior (aggressive tone of voice and discriminatory comments/jokes) in the workplace.

Poor salary compared to the average salary in Munich No work-from-abroad benefits are provided to the employees outside EU. However, employees from the EU are allowed to work from their respective home countries. Highly unfair to employees who come from non-EU countries. Upon asking about the same, no clear response is provided. Highly incompetent HR Though the nature of the direct manager is good and is quite flexible, but in the role of a manager, lacks proper management and communication skills. Tasks are distributed based on favoritism within the team. Most of the time lower-level tasks are provided to women in the team, while men end up grabbing interesting tasks. Lack of career planning/ as a young employee chances of growing are bleak
