Pros

I couldn't recommend working at Snook more. I've been part of the Snook team for a few months now and my observations and experiences have been incredibly positive to date. Some highlights include: - Snook's work has a real world impact - A lovely culture - Inspiring colleagues - Clear and definitive strategic direction - Structured review and progression process - Impressively thorough and welcoming onboarding - Supportive people-first policies

Cons

I'm struggling to think of any major cons. Some of the team are very busy and the environment can be fast paced but that does come with the territory of being an agency and the nature of Snook's work.

Pros

Opportunities to work on or shadow different projects. Big focus on development and coaching over management, which is a nice change. So understanding about mental health (really important to me! Management didn't think twice when I asked to take time each week for therapy, such a refreshing attitude) Big focus on fun and team building (annual paid day away, weekly virtual pub, a club for 30 mins on Wednesdays to watch cartoons - absolute fave, not gonna lie) Over and above all the little things, working for a company making big differences from the inside of organisations was rewarding as a whole, I've not worked for a company like snook before and it completely changed my views on the world, grateful to have worked there.

Cons

None for me! Left for a complete 180° in career choice, would go back to Snook in a heartbeat if they'd have me.

Pros

Snook is the best place I've ever worked in terms of work-life balance, the team, the work, an encouraging manager and also the perks. The team are a really great, passionate group of people, they really care about the work they do and it makes for a really refreshing place to work. It's somewhere that I feel comfortable being myself; I've not experienced that before. - the benefits are pretty good, sick pay is great, having enhanced maternity is also a really good perk. The benefits are getting better this year with private healthcare etc, as it was behind the market. - my department is really supportive, friendly and accepting. They are such a great bunch of people. - the Snook way of working is flexible, so I can work at home and in the studio, as well as work around any appointments. - development and training opportunities are encouraged; I can attend our courses for free, I have a budget for training and when I meet with my manager every week, we talk about the future. - the whole team are incredibly driven and work so hard for their colleagues, clients and to improve the business. It's not easy and I wouldn't want to be in their shoes. - the people we work with at NEC are so lovely.

Cons

There aren't too many to be honest. In the time I've been here, Snook has lost some key roles that have not been replaced and the reason for that isn't always clear. - The pay for my role is at the lower end of the market and does need reviewed to ensure that my department and duties are in line with competitors and peers.
