      They offer free training to people looking to start a new career or upskill.

      Cons

      The company is toxic from the top down. The 3 men in charge are under qualified and in over their heads. They lie to their staff, clients, and parent company about revenue and pipeline. This company is led by ego, not by experience and knowledge.

      SnowFox Solutions is truly a fantastic place to work. The leadership team is incredibly supportive and genuinely cares about employee development and well-being. The company culture encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. I’ve had the opportunity to work on high-impact projects with great clients, and there’s always something new to learn. The flexibility around remote work and work-life balance is a huge plus. Teams are respectful, smart, and fun to work with. Everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas and take ownership, no matter their role or tenure.

      Because the company is growing quickly, processes can sometimes feel like they’re catching up—but leadership is very transparent and open to feedback. They’re clearly invested in scaling sustainably.
