Culture tanked. Prospects Dismal.

Pros

Impactful work for government customers.

Cons

The new CEO quickly ruined a collaborative and energetic culture. Expect customer service to worsen quickly while prices rise, which will lead inevitably to more and more dissatisfied customers. Focus is 98% on sales rather than service or product. CEO has mentality that employees are sponges capable of absorbing more and more work without recognition or remuneration. Layoffs every few months. Zero growth paths for employees. Strategy without implementation or execution will lead them to fail in the long-term, even though their metrics may have improved short-term due to extreme cost-cutting measures.

software in gov tech so you get some hustle vibes but also, you're working with the public sector so its not as intense as maybe other startup tech companies.

Cons

currently going though leadership changes and staffing. trying to take the next step in growing the company.
