Drinking is encouraged, especially with the directors, if you don't you are abused. Miracles are expected, if not you are abused. Being abused is expected, if you don't you are abused. I wish one of the options below could be 'recommend this company to your worst enemy..' but even i am not that cruel. In the short time i was there, two people started, one left by lunch, another at the end of the day and never came back, most people there said they were just trying to get 2 years on their CV, the person i replaced had been lying about what work they had done, when i repaired the damage and finished the project, you guessed it, i was abused. If you do decide to work there, read the contract carefully as they deal with solicitors, on the day they made me redundant, i left with just over £100 pay off, i did not get my 2 weeks holiday and 2 weeks redundancy due to the crafty way they worded the contract and i had to sign a form to say i would accept this pay off, or i would get nothing. They are amongst the worse crooks i have dealt with, having my car stolen was at least done with a purpose, i would trust those people more that this company. Other stories i have heard: - Some agencies refuse to deal with them as they employ 18 staff but have managed to cycle through 58 new employees in 3 years - One agency that sent someone over who lasted 1 week when offered the job was asked by SDS to pay the fees back to them for the process of employing them. Be careful as i expect this company to one day fold as it is run by two of the worse people i have ever met. You have been warned!!
