Pros
I am working in SoftGrid from more than a year and it’s my second job and I am really happy that I am at right place. I never thought to put any reviews but recently after reading one Spam reviews against a Company where I am working and learning a lot force me to do this. Being an employee it’s my right to protect my Company and aware people that whatever it’s written in a review under“Very Bad and frustrating Company” title is Spam. And no one is frustrated here. And in SoftGrid our team members are working from last 5-6 years so it’s obvious that if they are working from so long it means Company is quiet good. First of all we are working on very good projects and we are working with new technologies only. I learned codeigniter and JS here only. Our senior teaches me everything so nicely. I am glad that they gave me chance to work with them. And I agree in SoftGrid we have a pressure but to learn new things. They want to see me as a perfect programmer.
Cons
In two years of my job I have never came across with any Cons with Softgrid.
