Pros
1) If you are impatient by nature, join and learn being patient 2) Infrastructure as if you are at home, don't let you feel homesick 1) Learn saluting stupid leaders
Cons
1) Lose latest technology and end up working on BABA AZAM technologies 2) Good people quit because they can't salute morons 3) Dead environment, majority people working there seem to have lost their feeling of being live 4) Good suggestions are always neglected by "so called" managers who are called managers even though they don't deserve to be called EVEN programmer
