Strong exposure to Embedded Systems, Embedded Linux, IoT, and wireless technologies. Opportunities to work on diverse customer projects across multiple domains. Good technical learning environment with end-to-end feature ownership. Collaborative teams with opportunities for customer interaction and skill development.

Cons

Compensation and salary growth may be lower than comparable product companies. Work-life balance can vary depending on project deadlines and customer commitments. Career progression and promotions may not always be rapid or well-defined. Project assignments may include legacy technologies alongside modern development.

Pros

This is a fraudulent company, and I would strongly advise anyone against joining it. The HR Director, HR Manager, and Talent Acquisition Lead portray themselves as highly professional and sophisticated, but in reality, they lack professionalism and integrity. Their focus seems to be on impressing senior management rather than supporting employees. They often boast about their cars, educational backgrounds, and business schools while preaching professionalism. However, when it comes to treating employees fairly, they fail completely. They have no hesitation in deducting employees' salaries, even when they know the financial impact it may have. In my case, I was asked to leave under the pretext of "role misalignment." Later, they attempted to justify their actions by raising allegations of behavioural misconduct and disciplinary issues, despite not following any proper process. From what I have observed, this is not an isolated incident and appears to be a pattern they repeat with employees they perceive as a threat. This was my personal experience, and based on it, I would recommend waiting for a better opportunity and joining a company that values its employees rather than choosing this one.
