The company is very fast paced with lots of exciting things going on all the time, the downside to this is that you can get caught up very quickly and need to have the self discipline to priortise and find a work life balance. Like all businesses, changes can be equally as fast paced, so knowing when to pivot and change direction and adapting is essential too, it's not necessarily a con, but I know this may not be for everyone.

I was working in the Softline India Pvt Ltd and Thank God I left it in a year. No canteen and they will provide you some snacks but not before 6 PM. No Training provided even to freshers, and the manager will taunt you if you ask for help to your seniors and will be ready to scold you if made mistakes. You will have to handle 2-3 projects simultaneously, along with the escalations. Even if, there is a delay with the query of one customer, the boss will be ready to scold you. No Overtime, No Compensatory leave. Forget Personal life, you will be working more than 12 hours and without appreciations. Forget taking a leave for an occasion, the boss will tell you that there is an escalation already, Seriously?
