Leaving Sogolytics is the most common joke cause people can't leave as they are in bond. - No space in office, no proper computer setups, doesn't give laptops, stinky toilets - They have software to track your hours. You work a minute less than 8hour and you get scolded. You work for 16 hours and you get no added pay. - No room for innovation, you have no opinions, there is a total labor exploitation culture here. - Bad pay - Saturday working - Sometimes they make you work on Sundays and even on festivals - Management over promise client on how quick product can be delivered. Now to meet the promised timeline, employees have to overwork with pressure. Shows how management lacks strong character to lead and don't care about employees - Management is very rude. They will sit down and make fun of you instead of helping.

There are many cons in Sogolytics, If I start writing it will be 50++ 1- They changed their policies every 3 months 2- Sogolytics is using a very outdated technology 3- CEO wants to get involved in every small things 4- No proper plan for anything 5- Management will not listen to your suggestions 6- When i joined they didnt inform me about the 1 year bond, but after joining they signed a bond from me of 1 year 7- HR is very unprofessional 8- Sogolytics annual bonus is a big scam, before joining they'll tell you that you'll get entire bonus amount but once the time comes you'll get only 5-10% of the overall bonus 9- They gave us fake promised of getting new offices and now its been 4 years still sitting at the same place 10- Once you take their appraisal after 1 year completion then they will ask you to sign a 6 months bond that you'll not leave the company.
