Pros

Plenty of work to do.

Cons

It's an abusive workplace. The founder Brandon Conard treats employees like dogs. He relies on exploiting recent college grads who don't know better yet than to tolerate his toxic behavior. He even has the audacity to misrepresent the job, relocate people for it, and take advantage of the fact that they moved relying on their salary. There is no opportunity for advancement. The highest ranking employee after Brandon is a VP. Maybe worst of all, SolRiver teaches young employees bad habits that they will have to unlearn to succeed in the future, and all of this for below average pay. Best advice about SolRiver: Run.

Terrible company and people

Pros

Nothing it is awful don't waste your time.

Cons

Please do not waste your time applying here. All the other comments mentioning how rude and unprofessional the employees here especially their managing partner are 100% true. He curses in interviews and tells applicants that their experiences are dumb and make no sense. Every time you share an experience he will say "well that is stupid" or "ok so basically you don't have experience" after you explain something. They are very rude during interviews and take personal jabs at applicants. Also, they go on their phone mid interview and look off away from the screen for long periods of time clearly showing they are uninterested. They are very mean and will find every way possible to tear people down. They even said in the interview that everyone works individually here and they basically work you to death with very little teamwork and collaboration. This is not a good company and it is very obvious when talking to their employees this company is not going anywhere get out before you get yourself in a mess of a place that has no future. Something seems very off about this company it's like they are failing and they know it so they are putting in no effort to try anymore. They will throw you in and not offer you any support and expect you to work long hours without a team. The years of experience on the job description mean nothing they do not know what they are looking for.

Lots of Red Flags

Pros

none at this point to be honest.

Cons

Would not recommend anyone to work here. They hire fresh graduates and exploit them with unrealistic expectations without industry standard compensation. Even Goldman Sachs managers don't treat their employees like Brandon does. "Normal" work hours for them is 9-7 5 days a week and maybe some weekend work. They do not treat people with respect. Please beware and avoid working here as the turnover is also super high.
