I made friends with some of the employee from other department and they are sincere.

Cons

Company is unfair and will kick you out with out any reason. The VP of Operations will keep on hiring and eventually kick you out. I was early only $1200 /month for 2 years. When I asked for fair increased, I was laid off

The company talks about safety all of the time but never acts on it. There have been to many injuries over the last year and everyone gets yelled at for injuries.
