      Pros

      I made friends with some of the employee from other department and they are sincere.

      Cons

      Company is unfair and will kick you out with out any reason. The VP of Operations will keep on hiring and eventually kick you out. I was early only $1200 /month for 2 years. When I asked for fair increased, I was laid off

      Owner is very people-oriented with a big heart Company is in a high growth market Quality of products is fantastic The factory shows better than most any competitor Great company culture.

      Cons

      The benefits could be improved. Health insurance is just average.
