Flexibility, friendly people the owner of the company is down the earth hands-on open door policy kind a guy great place to work.

Pros
Visiting pediatric and family clinics. One of the managers was good.
Cons
Worst company culture. The owner and the son who is human resources allow it and they can not be trusted. Low pay for the work. Competitors pay more. State of Texas almost shut down the office because of rats and rat crap all over the nebulizers. Everybody complained for almost a year but the cheap owner didn't care and allowed the office to get sick. Oh yea and forget about health insurance.
