      Pros

      Good benefits (bonuses, good pension contribution, wellness allowance, gaming laptop, slightly shortened workdays, 6 weeks vacation, lots of social events and parties).

      Cons

      No compensations for working overtime. 4 days a week in the office is not for everyone. The office is very nice though and they are generally flexible with working remotely.

      The People, everybody are super skilled and friendly. There is also a great office and the team does lot of fun things togheter

      Good question. Since the company is growing management need to keep the great atmospher and working culture.
