      I’ve had a fantastic experience working here. The onboarding process was smooth and well-organized, which made it easy to integrate into the team quickly. The work environment is collaborative and supportive, featuring approachable individuals who are open to questions and willing to assist one another. What stands out the most is the culture of growth and ownership. From day one, I was entrusted with meaningful work and encouraged to speak up, contribute ideas, and take on challenges across different areas. The team values curiosity and problem-solving, and there is a strong focus on quality and ensuring that tasks are completed correctly. Overall, this is a place where you feel valued, supported, and able to make an impact. I would definitely recommend it to anyone seeking a positive and engaging work environment.

      Cons

      The work pace here is definitely fast. Things move quickly, which keeps the job exciting, but it can sometimes feel intense if you’re not used to it. You need to be adaptable and ready to jump in at a moment's notice. There is also a steep learning curve when you first start. The projects involve different systems and technologies, so there is a lot to learn at once. That said, once you get through this initial phase, you come out with a stronger skill set and a genuine sense of growth.
