      As a consulting company, sometimes there may be bench time between projects. All full time salaried Employees of Solution Street are always paid for this time. It is possible the writer of this review was a contractor which is not an employee of Solution Street, but someone from another company we partner with to provide services to our customer. In this case it is their employer that might or might not pay during these times.

      Pros

      Almost everyone at the company is a software engineer, including the founders, so they are all very understanding of the type of work we do. We have frequent 1:1 meetings with managers to assess progress and voice any concerns. Because Solution Street is a consulting firm, developers have the potential to wok on many different types of projects using various technologies. Culture is down-to-earth and friendly.

      Cons

      Some clients may be more desirable than others. Some use antiquated technologies and frameworks, and they may not have the most efficient processes. It is possible to get stuck on a single project for years at a time.
