* flat and open company culture (expect to hear strategy, financial results,...) * remuneration in line with market * community of engineers driven by the implementation of planning solutions (from technical and business perspective)

* structure, and processes still need to mature now that it is growing * can include more business consulting...while that is on the roadmap
