Pros
Activities are planned out so you don't have to worry about figuring out what to do. Co-workers are pretty friendly and supportive. Kids are lovely. Not as strict on coming in exactly at 8am, but follows the 7-minute rule.
Cons
Pay could be higher as at most places. You have to do your own timesheets every week. They don't really give you time to do your notes. They want you to do it during your session. If your client is late, there is no admin work and therefore you don't get paid for the time your there. You can only really collect data on paper then put your data in at the end of the session.
