      cant think of any pros because there was no pro

      Upper Management harasses employees, take no responsibility of their own business, starts blame game on employees , hire and fire policy. the upper management takes more interest on personal life and provides no expectation and information on what work has to be delivered. Don't let employees present their work and constantly criticize. Small office in some residential area. Washroom is smelly. High expectation and very less salary. All the employees are frustrated by upper management's behavior, they also take names in townhall as a bad example openly and talks rudely in front of everyone. Zero business model, KRAs not defined.

      You can attend a few music events for free and meet artists

      Cons

      1. The owner is highly egoistic and shouts at employees without reason 2. The policies are not at all employee friendly. They do not even allow you to take leaves 3. There is no clarity on what is required and the company is in losses 4. Salaries are not disbursed on time and unnecessary deductions are done

      They make you question yourself. Micromanagement Does not let you do your job. The founder looks at female employees inappropriately. He keeps badgering them on weekends and asks them to meet out of office for their “Personal Development” Does not let you take leaves even when you are entitled to. Sets unrealistic targets so that he can make you sit with him for hours later.
