Cons
The company culture is extremely poor, with a lot of office politics among colleagues and a very toxic working environment. Some managers also lack professionalism and respect, and would even gossip about employees from other departments during gatherings, which is very unprofessional and not how a leader should behave. In addition, the company provides little to no proper training, yet expects employees to know everything from the start. There are also no clear processes, and many decisions are simply based on what management says. Overall, the management is disorganized, and employees receive very little support or opportunity for growth. My overall experience was very negative, and I would not recommend joining this company.
