No bonus. No dinner. Mostly all employee hire by contract and hard to convert permanent even working 8 years. Poor Sophic Automation management at PG 12 and also have personal issue with staff.

1.Extremely low wages compared to industry standards, 2.Unprofessional and unsafe communication, including inappropriate and sexualized remarks that created a hostile and uncomfortable work environment 3 No proper interview structure; some candidates appear to be hired based on internal demographic preferences to ‘fit the market’ rather than actual skills or merit 4 inconsistent management behaviour 5No transparent conflict resolution process, facing termination without proper reason and bypassing all standard HR channels, with retaliation involved 6. unclear performance expectations 7. no fair disciplinary procedures
