      * No Mico management * The best company culture I've ever been apart of * Nice pay * Unlimited PTO * You get to build strong relationships with creatives from all over the world. *Upper management actually cares and support your growth. * The company contributes to your 401k

      *The office gets so cold at times. Some days its unbearable.

      Pros

      My time at Sound Royalties so far has been incredible for building myself professionally and creatively. The management genuinely cares about their team. Unlimited PTO and working from home one day a week is a great perk!

      Weird hedge fund with no training. Its like a MLM. They play favorites, the "owner" is a weird lotto guy that they started dressing like Steve Jobs lol

      Pretty much no redeeming qualities. They lie to their artist and take advantage of POC
