Pros
I have learned more than I imagined was possible in a very short amount of time, much more than 4 years at a prestigious university. I am glad I took the chance to work with the team and my outlook on life and aspirations for my future are unlimited.
Cons
I didn't start earlier to get on the ground floor of some of the projects. Team moves at a very fast pace, sometimes it is difficult for me to keep up.

learned lots of new things by doing tasks at the internship, director is really friendly and always available to help, team environment
Cons
Minimal structure, no official learning program developed as of yet, sometimes there is a lack of tasks for interns to do
