9% positive business outlook
Pros
Brilliant team. Good Benefits. Good entry level to kick start your career.
Cons
Lack of management and progression. Role was spread across into other roles.
Pros
Private car parking for staff
Cons
Complete lack of management throughout the business, which mainly revolves around the CEO. The companies best interests are making money not about looking after clients or staff. Staff turn over is extremely high which in result leaves the support teams fire fighting issues, which could have been prevented through good management and direction. Pay is not very competitive to the rest of the market and you may end up doing more then you are contracted to do. Sovereign is a family run business and if one of the family members doesn't like you then you may as well start working for work else where. Career progression doesn't happen here. The work / life balance from the companies point of view is that this is not a 9 - 5 job, more in not enough for sovereign you may need to spill blood to prove yourself.
