Enjoyed every single moment working with Stephen and Wenhui in the office. They really do take care of their employees and listen to their feedbacks on how to improve the office culture and employees welfare. Learnt a lot from Wenhui herself in terms of how to deal with clients and from Stephen, design generation and the reasons behind it. You'll also enjoy constantly being exposed to an international culture of colleagues, whom all are extremely friendly, kind and willing to share their knowledge to you. There are office celebrations for birthday parties and recently, the office restarted more office events for colleagues to know each other outside of office hours as friends instead of colleagues. You will enjoy collaborating with Shanghai office colleagues as SG office is more focus on design while SH is focused more on drafting and regulations. Every year (Before COVID), there is an fully paid office trip and cross-office exchange where Shanghai office visits SG office vice versa.
