Cons
No Bonus. Increment of Rs.5000 annually. Contract is not followed and they keep changing the policy without consent. No leave policy. no pay for not taking leave. once your year is completing, with hardwork or you're pushed above 50k they'll try to fire you and hire a fresher at 25000.
