      Pros

      This was a nice and fun work environment with a company that had a clear mission and clear goals. They valued their employees and presented many opportunities for learning and personal growth through sites like Udemy and by hosting lunch-and-learns on a variety of topics.

      Cons

      Some of the benefits could be improved, and the 401K representative in particular (at the time) was not a nice person to work with. He made some mistakes sharing confidential information.

      -Great people to work for and with at every level of the company. Lots of fun and the treat everyone like family. -Lots of opportunities to grow within the company. -Tons of educational opportunities. -A great workplace environment and culture. -Excellent mission and purpose.

      -Benefits can always be improved -Departments can occasionally get siloed, room for improvement on cross departmental work
