Pros
Tech - Very interesting, very diverse. They get POC and MVP projects from startups. You work on building projects from start, with latest technologies. Node, Angular, React, Ruby, Elixir, Android. You get to work on multiple projects. Investment in developer - They give a developer at the start a good couple of weeks bootcamp side by side with other developers, to learn the frameworks. Excellent and supportive for juniors with good perception. People - Very selective process which in the end you work with cool part-nerd people that have good people skills and that have passion for coding. Not much politics. Overall good and nice work environment. Supportive for good people - men and women. You only need to have a good perception and have a real interest in computers and logic. Personal attention - They give respect overall and open ear with no middle management.
Cons
Salaries and benefits - When I was there, it was not competitive to what you get in the center. Because of that not many seniors stays after 1-2 years although I have heard this is changing.
