      Pros

      No pros. Don't join this company. Management is GREEDY and EXPLOIT their employees.

      Cons

      They will pay you 10000 and will make you work for 12 hours. Please don't sign their bond. They will make you sign 3 years of bond. IT'S A TRAP. If you are FRESHER don't join SPEED TRAINING CENTER it's a SCAM. Look for better company. YOU DESERVE BETTER.

      They have good clients to work with.

      Cons

      Salary is very very less. Leave policy is worst. Alternate saturdays are working. I think these three points are enough to get an idea about this company.
