      Good salary. Positive vibe. Large portfolio of projects. Big clients. Big project teams, integrated with client teams. Allows employees to move from project to project.

      Cons

      Seems struggling. First being sold to bigger group, then covid and then a farewell with Russia seem to reduce capabilities to diversify, keep clients and employees.
