Pros
- possibility to try different technologies - possibility to earn some money
Cons
- nobody knows (including CEO) what needs to be done, many speeches and diagrams, but nothing clear and workable at the end - there is a feeling that technologies are taken without understanding why they are needed and how to use them effectively, modernity is the main criteria - there were many people with high self-esteem and a big promo from CEO but really useless and unexperienced when it comes to do real work
