      Bad and confused management

      Pros

      The company is growing very fast. Decently good place to start as a (low paid) junior if you land in the right group The environment is informal and the people are pretty decent

      Cons

      - Management is confused and mostly looking like wild dogs driven only by very personal goals - Big projects usually end up being catastrophic - Chances for personal growth are too much political - People are mainly perceived like cannon fodder - HR is pretty much naive, usually acritically trying to replicate practices from other companies or manuals, without even trying to follow and manage it

      Excellent colleagues, just that, really

      Cons

      . Inexistent management . Outdated management point of view (the manager takes all the credit) . Toxic work culture, people's free time is not respected (working on holidays or weekend is normal and expected) . Deadlines are set based on client expectations, not on technical estimations . There's no bonus of any type . There's no performance recognition. You can be the best or the worst, for them is absolutely the same . No EOY gathering . Inexistent grow path, you're stuck in the same position forever

      Incompetent management, bad relationship with customers and people, they make excuses for not working and making others work, they justify everything with trips and meetings, absent in times of need, rude.
