Management are muppet's and there seems to be more chiefs than indians in the place. There seem to be a ton of 'grifters' and 'fake it till you make it' types who love quoting the latest industry buzzwords. The good technical staff that they do have, normally don't last long if they question obvious strategy flaws created by Managers who lack said skills. If you haven't drunk the koolaid you won't fit in.

Management has no idea what staff are doing and will suddenly have issues out of nowhere. Double standards for different staff. Management dangle incentives than don't deliver on their promises. they will rest on employees doing their job well till they crack and leave and then get angry with other staff and Lie about why they left
