Pros
=> Flexible time => Great place to learn german
Cons
=> Changing schedule in short in advance, => the office doesn't inform you very often about canelled visits and when you arrive they don;t pay you although they get money from customers. => you can get car but they don;t care about sevice (I am driving 50 000 km without service despite I was asking to fix some noise in suspension) => very often mistakes in your salary (never surplus for you :-) => a lot of changes in management => not respecting your free time (and min pause during a night) they give you customer at 20:00 and ask to go to next one at 6:30.
