Unbelievably toxic work environment.

Pros

Getting to do fun and exciting work but thats where the pros have to stop

Cons

One of the most over the top in crowd vs out crowd environments. On top of the unpredictable work hours that can immediately and without warning be cut if one of the managers doesnt like you, your next(in house) "review" can come out not in your favor. There so much leeway for individual bias in the review process, done deliberately, so they can make sure anyone they dont like review comes out looking terribly for that person.

- Everything is ad hoc, zero documentation, zero established processes - Lack of communication between stakeholders - Lack of diversity among employees - Perpetually shifting goalposts - Focused solely on growth over building solid products

Remote work but you can go to the office anytime

- Lake of experts - No respect for the infrastructure team - The infrastructure is a mess and it will remind because of the old mentality - Old mentality from some managers preventing the improvements - Some of the technical decisions are made based on what the senior managers want and not what the company needs - Some of the senior managers don't know what they are doing - If you ask to improve something and your manager doesn't agree you will be terminated - Some decisions are based on who you know instead of what's good for the company - Almost no bonus - Salary review not good ...
