Pros

Good health benefits, friendly warehouse workers. Very hard to get fired.

Cons

Pay isn't as competitive as it used to be, upstairs culture isn't very good. Very, very, very bad in-house software. Bit of a nepotism problem, people getting promoted based on friendship with upper management rather than skill. Almost zero growth opportunities.

Pros

The only real perk was access to a small on‑site gym, which was convenient for quick workouts

Cons

Management placed me on a vague, poorly defined Performance Improvement Plan with no prior feedback or clear expectations. During the PIP there was almost no coaching, follow‑up, or clarification, and upper management largely stopped communicating with me. The process felt more like an attempt to push me out than to support improvement after many years with the company. Favoritism in the warehouse was obvious, communication was inconsistent, and decisions often felt arbitrary. The warehouse culture was toxic and unprofessional, especially in how long‑term employees were treated once they were no longer favored.
