Flexible hours are cool, you can have your friday afternoons free if you work extra weekly hours

Cons

It's a constant ego fight in between managers that makes your work an everyday pain. There is no trust in employees, everything is very disorganized , the processes aren't respected and there is no emotional intelligence. If you are not in a higher position, life will suck for you, nobody cares and nobody listens. There is no equality, some people will have more benefits than others with no justification. Could say a lot more.
