Everything is Money based.Anyone with Money can join this company. Managers are partial. Even if you work hard you wont be paid. Very very low salary.

Pros

Good place to learn the technology. Learned a lot of things during my work here. Salary is given on time.

Cons

Huge fee for training. The two year bond. Lowest package in the industry. Overtime working. Short term projects. Poor managers. Unprofessional working environment. Managers with very poor or little attitude. No senior employees left after the two year bond, which in turn results in poor standards.
