Pros

I can´t think of any besides remote work

Cons

They were pushy about me leaving my old job immediately because they wanted me to start training after reviewing my resume. I left my job without the proper notice days and joined Stafi for an Intake Specialist position. They did inform you about the hiring process and that you need to get a boss, but in the meantime, you need to be on "training courses" 7:30h a day, but it's just a bunch of videos taken from YouTube and other platforms and a quiz at the end of each lesson. They did mention they pay biweekly but forgot to tell me that as a new hire, you'll be paid a 1 after month. They "let me go" after 3 weeks because I asked about the payment on my 16th day with them (because at that point I was wondering if the time invested with them was worth it) and because apparently, I reached the number of interviews with potential clients /bosses (I had 4), but having a limit of interviews is something that was NEVER mentioned to me. They also said the amount of people they had at the time was too high and because no client was paying for our salary, it was costing Stafi's profit. I understand how the BPO and remote staffing industry works and I know sometimes an employer can be picky about the type of person they want to hire, but the excuse Stafi used to "let me go" was ridiculous considering they made me quit my job of 3+ years, and I even questioned my performance during interview and my abilities, but at the end, I was relieved that I wasn't part of a company that cared only about having plenty of "candidates" or "talent" and leaving you "on the bench" meaning you haven't been hired by an employer but cannot be applying with other company because you need to take Stafi courses. I was paid for my 3 weeks there so it wasn't a complete waste of time, but it did was an awful experience.

Pros

Nothing good to say about this company.

Cons

Here’s a more polished version: "Terrible experience. They wasted my time with a full week of unpaid training—40 hours with no compensation. In the end, there wasn't even a real job offer. The trainees, Belen and Carolina, made passive-aggressive comments throughout. It's clear they only care about quickly expanding their database. Don’t be deceived."

Pros

Good academic centre to improve abilities.

Cons

They let me go without further explanation during the last day of training. I had a very positive feedback just two days before. In order to be a part of the team I was asked to leave my previous job and, in their words, just had to wait for the papers. They have no consideration for other people's life. The three weeks of training, including all internal work, is not paid. They make you use chat gpt for almost everything. You don't really get to see the human part of the employees, they seem very robotic. This is extremely dangerous in my position. Salary was low, less than the average minimum. No room for growth.
