      Pros

      Exposure to a structured work place , you meet some very good colleagues, good staff welfare, you are not over worked

      Cons

      You just have to pray to be liked by your Manager , he or she can make or mar your career. Pay is just basic especially for lower and mid level staff,no clear career path apart from inflationary review of salary
