      Pros

      Can be a good training ground for newbies and a steppingstone to better opportunities because you will be trained to handle stress, toxicity, and pressure.

      Cons

      High on pressure without consideration on their employees' efforts, limited resources, and level of difficulty on the roles to be delivered. If you don't give them revenues even if you are really working hard to source for candidates, they will make you feel that you are not efficient and will question your hours of working.

      1. most employees are not happy working here. 2. toxic environment - they will never listen to their employees - about concern and needs. 3. No work and life balance - you need to render overtime whole week and still need to work during Saturdays. (for the whole month) 4. no support from leaders and management - it's a one way communication. - never a TEAM. 5. Physically and mentally draining. 6. low compensation. 7. always your fault. 8. you will feel downsize because of how leaders treat their recruiters.
