The company culture is very open, and flexible. Currently it is a SME which provide a lot of room for growth and learning. The starting pay is expected to be low at the start, but you will be rewarded very quickly and generously. The 4 directors are super awesome that will support your career development and decision making. In this company, family always come first, work hard and play hard. Welfare is extremely good.
Cons
Nothing bad to share, maybe only the working hours is slightly longer than other companies.
