Pros

If you can prove your boss is wrong then it has pros

Cons

Salary is never on time Management is pathetic. They don't know anything about their employees job responsibility, and if you explain why things are not done they will say you are just giving excuse for not completing your task. They run after low cost services and when they get bad result again they will blame you If they want to screw you they will apply any random rule without prior notice They will make you beg for your rightful documents like salary slip. High attrition rate because no one can stick with them for longer time

PROS: as we understand here that when someone in senior management is asking/ telling you to do something it is their experience that counts. CONS: Check your bank statement please and share it here to understand it was never on time :-) Every employee thinks the same way and it is okay, you are yet to reach there :-) Firstly why you need to be in the position of giving excuses of not being able to complete the assigned tasks as per your Job responsibility or the responsibilities that you have taken for which you are liable to answer. The company pays you for completing work and not leaving it to the management to complete it for you. what kind of low-cost services are you saying is we want to know as we can work on it then, from now onwards. Because all these services are suggested by our online marketing team. If an employee is using their personal accounts in work time, their phone for more than 2/3 hrs day in 8 hours of work time, what should be the rule applied in spite of multiple verbal warnings given to them? You will be the right person to comment here we guess !!!! Company has not promised you to any kind of salary slips, however, company gives you a salary slip on your request when you are requesting for a loan to any bank as a one-time gesture We understand of getting high attrition in terms of freshers as they switch jobs in a year or less time for a meagre salary raise instead of sticking to one employer for longer duration Advice Management: Value your employee's work. : We do, Do you? If you want to grow think beyond money: We do, Do you?

Pros

After working in Stepin my patience has increased, I can survive in any worst situations.

Cons

1. Management don't understand meaning of management. No salary slips, No salary calculation, No Late marks calculation Owner of company and partners both are just screwed personalities, they both spoil entire company and work culture. They are adding positive reviews here. 2. Environment friendly - They say we have "friendly environment" It has so friendly environment that they can even ask you about your personal life, if you are having affair, They will check your whatsapp status n DPs and comments. 3. Leaves - You are not allowed to take a half day or single leave at all. You have to apply for a sick leave one month earlier. 4. Holidays - You will get a call on holidays to visit the company and get the work done. 5. Helping nature - They may ask you to pick n drop their family members and collect personal parcels. 6. Sms or email of absconding from a job - They may send you absconding email or SMS or simply they will ask someone else to tell you that you are fired. They hire and fire employees . At times they don't provide you any explanation for termination. 7. Have to send daily work report status and next day they will ask you for the explanations. 8. They will do every possible thing to give bad reviews or rating in your employee background verification. 9. When you will properly serve 30 days notice period and call them for salary and letters they will simply ignore your call, On pre scheduled meeting they will disappear. you wont get last month salary and experience letter.

Glad to know that we were helpful in building your patience to survive in life. As far as we understand you are the one to whom Company has issued proactively a months leave due to your lot of health concerns in between your probation period without even thinking of the company work being impacted due to you not being present... we thought you remember this!!! And company needs to say this of being patient with employees non ending health issues!1. Management don't understand meaning of management. Please use proper grammar. No salary slips : Issued to you every month. No salary calculation: explained every month. No Late marks calculation: every new hired trainee employee signs on their offer letter & company policies. We are very sure you were aware of this as you will not be taking your offer letter and confirmation letter after 6 months probation without signing it :-).Owner of company and partners both are just screwed personalities, they both spoil entire company and work culture. You can come and talk to us in person in our office. Related to spoiling entire company and work Culture , as we had hired you as a fresher and we are sure that you are not at all aware of what company culture is likely to be!!! We understand that it is difficult to cop up for a fresher being hired as Campus to Corporate culture NHT :-).2. Company Owners / Other current working employee's being friend's with you on social networking and other communication sites/ apps, getting updates every now and then is need of that site/ app. Hope being a digital marketing exectuve you know this! It is up to you to keep them in your friemds list or not.. Hope you are aware of this.3. We understand any employee taking an emergency half day/ single day leave once in month or two however every week cannot be an emergency for half day / single day and probation period of 6 months from jining noleaves are approved which are mentioned in the offer letter given. Leave applications for planned leaves post probation period are suppose to be taken well in advance however we ask only 15 days in advance for the same for planning the work during that particular employee. We understand you being a fresher cannot adopt the work culture.4.When the employee themselves offer to work on Work Off’s as work not being completed and when question on sent work report explanation, it is obvious you want to come and blame the company for doing the same and making you work. Company has always refused for you to come on holidays to work and we have your daily In/Out report for the same.5.We do not remember a single situation of this employee being asked to pick up /drop any thing office matter as we have designated people for the same. If they say so they need to specify their designation that they were working on for us.6. Sms or email of absconding from a job - Ar you sure about this !!! As company will not know when to send a SMS/email for your unplanned absenteism but post 7 days of your absenteism company has to inform you about you being considered an ex-employee.. Please read your offer letter again!They may send you absconding email or SMS or simply they will ask someone else to tell you that you are fired: Were you fired or you absconded? This question answers your entire review.. They hire and fire employees . Every company has to fire an employee if they do not perform inspite of multiple verbal and written warnings of non performance. We can understand you being a fresher are not aware of this situation.At times they don't provide you any explanation for termination. : Is there any explanation needed for absconding or unplanned absentiesm?7. Yes that is the need of your job here at Stepin Adventure and if the sent work report is not upto what has written as work done, explanation is needed as company is paying you for working and not writing and sending fake work reports.8. An honest work review is given about your conduct, discipline, health, attitude towards office, work culture and owners. Your review here about us says it all!9. As far as we remember this employee was given a months leave by company as he/she use to fall sick every 2nd /3rd day of a week and was ask to get a health certificate post one month leave which she never got!!! Later she has given a months notice in August 2016 and when it was time for clearance post 15 days of her last working day, Company Owner were receiving abusive calls from one of the finance company for the non-repayment of the loan and we got to know that this employee has used company owners details during the loan for approval without even letting the owners know about the same,even by giving their phone numbers, email id's and fake approval calls that we know her past 5 years and loan can be approved. When asked about this on call to the ex-employee, this ex-employee apologised and company had askedthis ex-employee

if you are their relative then your most welcome

Cons

1. salary never on time 2. no hikes at all 3. they treat you like slaves 4. they can kick you any time without any notice 5. illiterate senior management 6.they ask their relatives and friend to give reviews on social media and other platform so that they can maintain their dignity as well they force their employees for the same 7.You can check their social media pages, Google reviews as well Glassdoor reviews all positive reviews are given by their employees or their friends

Pros': Yes we Value our Family :-) Cons: 1. We recommend sharing your bank statement here that will answer this point 2.Please check your offer/appointment letter that says when will your salary raise happen in a year. Salary raise do not happen every 3 months 3. Please explain how? as we do not remember of treating anyone in this office like this and that is why ex-employees still wish to work with us 4. Please check your offer/appointment letter that tells you that if company/management finds you doing anything that is against company / or your performance is not up to the mark, you will be asked to leave without prior notice 5.Every employee thinks the same in every company. 6. every person has the right to say what they feel. and if the suggestions come from the Digital Marketing team or in-house team to do so, we do it as you are here in that department to help the company go up :-) 7. Trust me they are above 4 stars everywhere and one of the employee to review the same is you too, Thank you :-) Advice Professional: We are in every manner, it is just that we are not with that professional attitude for our in-house team as they are our family first :-)
