When I asked for clarification, I didn't receive any response. However, they would follow up on the task's progress after a few days. Additional Concerns 1. *Lack of training*: There is no training provided to employees, making it difficult to understand roles and responsibilities. 2. *No introduction or team integration*: New employees are not properly introduced to the team, making it hard to build relationships and collaborate. 3. *Restricted communication*: Employees are not allowed to communicate with other department teams, hindering collaboration and knowledge sharing. 4. *Negative work environment*: The company culture is dominated by negative vibes, affecting employee morale and productivity. 5. *Disregard for time and money*: The company doesn't seem to value employees' time or money, with no reimbursement for expenses and poor management of tasks and deadlines. 6. *Mismatched job roles*: Employees are often hired for one specific task or role, but are then assigned to work on different tasks or departments, leading to confusion and frustration. 7. *Ignoring employee concerns*: Employee concerns and feedback are not listened to or addressed, making it seem like their voices don't matter.
