good old boys club, no respect for anyone performing the work, underqualified people in levels of leadership, people watching cameras for the purposes of gossip as opposed to doing their actual job, broken structure, no advancement opportunities, favoritism make for a hostil work environment, cannot trust HR or leadership as they all gossip and lie to employees trying to fake us into thinking there is a future with the company, no credit given to those that perform the work, board of shame, screaming people in leadership that like to stir the pot everyday, no clear directions, pure chaos everyday, the leadership thrives on disorganization, quality of products and processes are constantly in question
