      The pay was good, but there was a toxic work environment.

      Cons

      There was a clicky work culture, and everyone bullied one another. They hire and fire people every week. The pay is good, but the work culture is awful.

      It's a job I guess and they bring in enough fresh clients to keep the doors open.

      Associate development is not great. Assembly-line approach. Pay is not great for the amount of work that you do. Client service is not great.
