Strategic Resolution Experts has an exhausting and overwhelming environment. Every workday is tiring, and most employees here have been overworked since the start. Sadly, there's no hope for work-life balance for the employees here. There is too much workload, and the leadership is inefficient and supportive. So, the problems in the workplace are endured by the employees without any help from the leaders. If the leadership provide some guidance, things here would still be difficult but still be bearable.

It wasn’t always clear what was expected, which made things harder than they needed to be. Tasks would come in without much context, so you’d spend time figuring out what to do before even starting. Then sometimes expectations would shift halfway through. That kind of back-and-forth got old quickly. Just felt like there wasn’t a clear direction most of the time.
